Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
Copy and paste from the following performance criteria to create an observation checklist for each task. When you have finished writing your assessment tool every one of these must have been addressed, preferably several times in a variety of contexts. To ensure this occurs download the assessment matrix for the unit; enter each assessment task as a column header and place check marks against each performance criteria that task addresses.

Record and report risk control outcomes in accordance with organisational requirements 
Identify hazards, risks, containment controls and limitations of machine learning, system dependencies and autonomous equipment 
Respond to functional safety concerns raised by on-site personnel, handle concerns safely and escalate issues beyond designated scope of own responsibility 
Implement risk control measures and response plans associated with autonomous equipment and systems 
Monitor and adjust daily performance to meet goals and key performance indicators 
Notify site of changes made in response to safety risks according to site protocols 
Identify and prioritise emergencies and gather essential information to inform choice of response in relation to scope and severity of each emergency 
Take initial action in accordance with emergency response planning and emergency procedures in line with priority and criticality of each incident 
Relay critical information to designated personnel, reassessing and providing regular status updates as circumstances change 
Record and report emergency situations, actions and outcomes in accordance with standard operating procedures 
Participate in post-incident activities and contribute to review of procedures as a result of emergency response outcomes
